Damaged and repaired cargo

We may not accept damaged or repaired cargo depending on its condition. Please check with us before you ship your cargo.
Metage

For shipments arriving as domestic (uncustomed) cargo, the value measured at each CFS/receiving location will be applied to the house B/L. For shipments arriving as foreign (customs cleared) cargo, please write the value measured during customs clearance on the dock receipt.
Hazardous Goods / Cargo Subject to the Japanese Fire Service Act

Please be sure to make prior arrangements with each CFS/receiving location for the delivery of hazardous goods and cargoes that are subject to the Japanese Fire Service Act. Please note that destination CFS/receiving locations for all cargoes are determined by the route. Additionally, please note that we only accept shipments handled in foreign currency.
About delivery times

If the delivery time is scheduled near the end of reception hours at the CFS/receiving locations, please tell the driver to complete the registration ahead of time to avoid the possibility of delay in confirming the delivery at the CFS/receiving locations due to the congestion of trucks waiting for arrival.
Notes on filling out a label

Please be sure to include the following information on the label for identification at the destination CFS/receiving location.
Required information:
